Mozilla and Chrome wont add yubikey to 1 password

I recently got 2 yubikey 5Cs and tried to add them to 1Password

However, both on Mozilla and Chrome, they wont allow me to. Mozilla says "Failed to add security key. UnknownError: The operation failed for an unknown transient reason"

Chrome says " Request for security key was cancelled"

Please advise
