Vault items lost "never show in browser" flag

I have reported the same issue a year and a half ago and it just happened again. This time it seems all items have lost the flag. https://1password.community/discussion/111057/vault-items-lost-never-show-in-browser-flag#latest
I am again not sure why exactly this happened. I installed 1Password 8 beta, then uninstalled, reinstalled 7 and confirmed a prompt about newer version. But version 8 does not work with the local opvault storage where affected items are stored, so I guess this is moot.
This time, I did not manually touch the local Dropbox-synced vault.
