Why is 1P Mini taking so long to load in Firefox somtimes?
OS 11.6, FF78.15 Oesr - Sometimes clicking the 1P Mini takes about 30 seconds to load. What could be causing this? Previously I had a problem with older versions conflicting but they're gone now I think.

Based on your description, it seems like the 1Password in your browser has trouble connecting with the desktop app. That said, if 1Password takes too long to unlock or gets stuck on loading screen, please try these steps to see how it works.
Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar > Settings > Scroll down to "Integrate with 1Password app" at the end of General section and toggle it off > Wait for one or two seconds and turn it on again. It should unlock 1Password for you quickly after that.

Thank you for the screenshot. 1Password should not open two popups after successfully integrating with the desktop app as your screenshot, so it is not normal. In this case, can you please right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar > Select "Remove Extension" and get a fresh copy of 1Password from here to see if it makes a difference?

That didn't work unfortunately.
But when I login to this Forum, only 1 login screen shows because it's not coming through the Mini.0 -

I am sorry to hear that reinstalling 1Password didn't do the trick. After integrating with the desktop app, when 1Password in the browser is locked, it should always ask you to unlock via the 1Password mini.
