Is there an option to fill username and password via Face ID only ?
Like auto fill without pressing 1Password popping menu
Now I need to press 1Password pop up menu

You will need to tell 1Password that you want to fill credentials on a website first, this won't happen automatically just by visiting the website.

When visiting a website, I can press the login (username and password) fields with my finger, then 1Password can fill the details automatically instead of pressing 1Password pop up.

Do you mind posting a screenshot of the 1Password pop up you are referring to? It's not clear whether you are talking about the Safari extension, or the Autofill feature.

This website for example.
Instead of pressing 1P I can press the login fields and 1P will automatecly fill the details with Face ID
this us from my iMac but in iOS its the same.

Thank you for the screenshot @ronen! I confirm that it is not possible to skip this step and go directly to Face ID to fill credentials I am afraid.
