How do you setup password management selection on Apple M1 MBP

When I follow the 1password directions for configuring it, I am getting the Apple Password manager popup covering the 1password popup so I can't see it. How can I have the choice of password manager presented to me to select before automatically popping both up?

    Thank you for the screenshot! Our recommendation is to turn off the Apple feature to avoid interfering with 1Password doing the same thing:

    https://support.1password.com/disable-browser-password-manager/

    There is currently no way to keep both enabled, and be prompted about which one to use every single time I am afraid.
