EXTENSION 1PASSWORD 5

hello, I purchased 1password 5 and I lost my extention in firefox. When I reinstall the extension it appears at the top but I have to register/log in and choose a subscription which I already have. I don't want to buy a new subscription and I do want my extension back. Please advise?
