    Hey LRogers ,

    I've tested USBank's login page on my Mac and things seem to work correctly with 1Password in Chrome.
    Can you please test the following:

    1. Open your 1Password app.
    2. Delete the current login entry of USBank from your 1Password (but copy the username/password to a temp location if you don't know it by heart).
    3. Get to USBank's website: https://www.usbank.com/index.html
    4. Fill in your username and password without 1Password's help, then click the "Save in 1Password" button to save it as a brand new login.
    5. Refresh the page (or close your browser and re-open the website), then try to autofill with the new login entry you just saved, see if it autofills both fields as expected.

    In case you are experiencing this issue on a mobile device (iPhon/Android) or in a different browser (Safari), let us know.

    I'm having the same issue trying to log into USBank. I see the user name and click on it but it doesn't fill.
