Bug? Vault Collection Doesn't "Stick" - 1Password 8 Early Access (macOS)

I have a Vault Collection that contains two of my vaults, and if I open an item using the Quick Access feature, it switches back to viewing all vaults under the account. I'm referring to the drop down option at the very top left of the app. The problem is that I have to manually select the Vault Collection again every time so that I can exclude a vault.

Alternative explanation and example: The 1Password browser extension lets you select which vaults to include in "All Vaults", but that feature has been removed in 1Password 8. Instead, 1Password 8 introduces a new feature that operates similarly: Vault Collections. However, there are times when it reverts back to showing all vaults/items under the entire 1Password account, when I just want it to always only show the vaults in the Vault Collection I've created.
