No longer syncing with Windows

I have 1P on Macs, iPad, iPhones and one Windows XP. All software is up-to-date. Have been syncing using Dropbox for a while, but no joy today. I can see recent changes on all devices other than Windows, and changes made on Windows are not seen elsewhere.

    Would you mind sharing what the resolution was? You have me a bit curious. Was syncing just still in progress perhaps?
