Password History Bug

I think there is a bug in the handling of passwords history. In 1P 8 , everytime i change a password for an item, the previous password that ends up in the history is not the correct one but appear sto be a newly generated one (perhaps of the same length). Now I am not able to recover the history of all the password i changed since I started using the 8th version of the desktop app.
