Offer 50% 3 Years don't work

I used the in-App button to "upgrade" my license from stand alone to membership with the offer 50% for three Years.
Now I have the membership and my Account says I'm in a 14-Days trial-membership.
How do I get the offer now, and why isn't it there after using the in-App button?

    Ok, Problem solved - Very strange provided. After clicking the "upgrade" you are getting a normal 14-Trial-Membership without any hint where to get the discount, only after purchasing the abo there's a new ad, confirming the discount.

    I also followed the link in the app to get the 50% discount when moving to membership from standalone.
    Unfortunately had to abort the process and now the link is not appearing any longer.

    Is there a way to to start again with the migration and get the discount?

After emailing them, you'll receive a support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. If you post that ID here, I'll be able to connect your comments here with your email conversation.

    Hi! I also want to upgrade using the 50% offer, but my 1PW7 menu doesn't have an "UPGRADE" choice! The only thing that shows is "Get A Password Membership" with a 2 week free trial.

    How do I upgrade so I can use 1PW8 beta?

    I also try to upgrade now when banner disapeared. If I have iOS licence whats the way to share required info with you? apple probably doesn't share my apple id email address with you

    1. I need help renewing using 50% discount. I didn't get any instruction by email. Trial probably expired and I even got charged for a month (iOS in-app purchase), now account is frozen. I have 10 USD balance on my account when I login. Please guide me how I can get 3 years plan. As of now it's most frustrating experience not only of paying for anything but also out of any past interactions with customer support.

    Lets make it really simple, I have 10 USD on my account balance. How I can use it to reactivate my subscription? Standard single (not family or business) plan, just on monthly basis?

    I noticed the 50% off for 3 years message in my 1Password macOS app. I'm on a Families Plan. I'm guessing this offer doesn't apply to existing users and/or family plans, correct?

I received Dave's newsletter this morning discussing the 50% off for three years offer and I'd like to take advantage of it, but I'm currently using v6.8.9 purchased via the App Store so there's no upgrade link available. What's the best way to get started with an upgrade/migration?

    Hello, I already sent an email to support and BitBot respond me with [#XEU-58857-748]. Although I received the newsletter I didn't see the link for 50% off in my Mac either in my iPhone and I'm using 1Password version 7 with iCloud, maybe because I'm using the AppStore version I don't know. Can you help me with that @Jack.P_1P ?
