two different amounts of good password strengths

if i open 1password from notification area which is 1Password for Windows 8.5.0
it shows passwords 46 fantastic 3 excellent `1 very good 3good
which seems about right

but if i open https://my.1password.com on opera browser
it shows 41 excellent 9 good
cant seem to find 9 logins with good strength

    Thanks for bringing this up! There are currently some differences in Watchtower implementations across clients, so you may see small differences between the 1Password app and the 1Password website. With that in mind however, broadly speaking, it is our intention to build cross-platform parity where it makes sense, but can't provide more specifics beyond that.

    tried watchtower on android but you cant access watchtower results on android
    so i used chrome to access 1password.com but same again 9 good passwords which i cant locate to correct
