Chrome not locking 1Password consistently
So sometimes my 1Password extension will be unlocked without me having unlocked it. It doesn't time out and lock automatically all the time and this sometimes happens after 12+ hours of not being used. Sometimes I lock it and then I go to a website that has a password to enter and suddenly 1Password is unlocked and I did not enter in my master password. Any suggestions? This doesn't seem to happen with Firefox. Also the Problem Helper exclamation point always seems to be there.

The Helper is what controls the locking, so if it is not able to connect that explains the trouble you are seeing.
Do you have a proxy server configured in OS X?
To help us track down the issue more quickly, could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support@ agilebits .com
