Open and Fill Not working on new iMac

I have a new iMac (M1) and have noticed that open and fill is no longer working. Not only dies it not populate the log in credentials, it doesn't even open the web site at all.

1Password Version: 7.9.2
Extension Version: 7.9.2
OS Version: 12.0.1

    Hello @BasilFawlty! 👋

    I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to Open and Fill on your new Mac. Do you see the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar? If you do then please try these steps:

    1. Close all open web browsers.
    2. Right-click on the 1Password icon at the top of your Mac's screen and then click Quit 1Password Completely. Wait until the icon disappears.
    3. Double-click on 1Password 7 from your Mac's Application folder.
    4. Open your web browser.
