Safari Extension connecting 1, 2, 3... does not recognize my password in 1pass application.

Hi.

I have read the forum and followed the suggestion of removing the extension and reinstalling. Also command-option-Q for safari. However I can't login to 1password via the extension. It is always connecting 1, 2, 3.. when I try to login to the extension. I have also made sure I am not in 32bit Safari. I have cleaned uninstall, reboot and reinstall.

Any suggestions?

Hi @oatmeal111,

Can you open the main 1Password app and see any data in it? If yes, go to the Help Menu > Troubleshooting > Restart Helper. Keep the main 1Password app open and then see if you can open 1Password in Safari now.
