Release official 1Password-CLI stable/beta packages to AUR

it would be pretty awesome if like in case of the linux 1password packages, the beta and stable packages
for cli could be published to AUR.

Thank you for letting us know that having the CLI published to AUR will come in handy. We are planning to make the CLI 2 available in multiple package managers.
