Importing from SplashID

I am changing from SplashID...and I have hundreds of IDs that need to be imported. They export easily from Splash ID...but I am only able to import about 4 fields (Title, Username, PW, Location) to 1Password. It this correct? Am I missing something? I cant recommend that anyone makes the change to 1Password unless they only have a few records.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm very sorry for the long delay in replying to you. At this time, only certain fields can be imported. The tricky thing with importing data from a variety of sources is that it doesn't always map correctly between two completely different applications. This is especially true if there are a bunch of custom fields. I don't know of any app that would be able to import a bunch of custom fields like that.

    I'm sorry I don't have a better answer, but we'll certainly see how we can improve the importer in the future. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
