iOS app not saving (or not showing) entries

I'm on iPhone X and 1password.com membership.
When I add a new entry and save it, the entry won't show up. It's like it never gets saved.
When I check the entries on my.1password.com I cannot find them there either.
1Password Version: 7.9.5
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 15.3.1
