Add support for day in Expiry Date of Drivers license.

US driver's licenses have an expiry day in addition to the month and year.
This is something I've had to provide when opening accounts.

I just tried to look my information up form 1password, only to realize this isn't stored there.

I see that this has been asked before, and the discussion I'm linking to links to a previous ask.
Hopefully bringing this up again might bring the topic to someone's mind so the schema for this data can be changed.
