How to use 1Password with macOS
I find it almost impossible to use 1Password with macOS. When I try to login to a website, the 1Password "popups" (not sure what else to call them) are obscured by another popup. How can I configure macOS (or my browsers, Chrome and Safari) so that only the 1Password popups appear?
1Password Version: 7.9.3
Extension Version: 2.3.1
OS Version: 12.0.1

Hey srohde:
Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you may still have Safari's password manager enabled, and that's what's causing the duplicate dropdowns. To stop Safari from offering to fill and save your passwords, follow these steps:
- Click the Safari menu and choose Preferences.
- Click the AutoFill icon.
- Turn off all the AutoFill web forms settings: “Using info from my contacts”, “User names and passwords”, “Credit cards”, and “Other forms”.
Additionally I noticed that you were having trouble uninstalling 1Password 8. Is that still the case?

Hi Jack,
Thanks so much for the explaining how to extinguish those disruptive popups in Safari.
I was finally able to figure out how to remove 1Password8, thanks for asking.
