Mac data syncs to iOS, but new items added on iOS don't show on Mac

I am currently using 1password for mac and syncing thru dropbox. When I add things to my Mac my items show up fine on my iphone and ipad. when I add things on the ipad or iphone they are not being added to the 1password for the mac. What am I doing wrong?

Please select Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache from the menu bar in 1Password on the Mac where the item is not showing up. Let me know if that helps. You shouldn't need to do that with any regularity whatsoever, so please let me know if it happens again.
