Chrome Extension - Can Login to Families account, but not Teams account

I have two different 1Password accounts that I utilize, one for a Family account and the other a Teams account through my work. Since I recently switched the browser extension, I am unable to get the extension to login to my Teams account and that's happening across multiple computers. On all of those same computers, I have the Mac app installed and am logged into both the Family and Teams accounts. I grabbed this extension from the 1Password site.

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble with adding your Family and Teams account in the browser extension. We're here to help get things straightened out.

    A couple quick things to check - which version of the Mac app do you have installed? Do you have different account passwords for the Family and Teams account? Or are they the same?

    A bit of background and context - 1Password 7 will unlock all accounts added in the browser, even if they have different passwords, whereas 1Password 8 selectively unlocks accounts based on the password entered.     If you have 1Password 7 for Mac, give these steps a try:

    1. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Settings.
    2. Under General, disable "Integrate with 1Password app".
    3. Under Accounts & Vaults, sign out of your work account if it appears there (sometimes it's there but it can't be unlocked - not sure if this is the case for you).
    4. Under Accounts & Vaults, sign into your work account.
    5. With your work account added, go back to General and re-enable "Integrate with 1Password app".

    If you have 1Password 8 for Mac, I'd recommend changing the account passwords for your Family and Teams account to be the same.
