Passwords not syncing across devices

I am using version 6.8.8 on each of my Mac laptops and 7.9.5 on my iPhone. I have found that many of my passwords have not synced across devices. On my phone, in the app> Settings> Sync, everything seems OK. On my computer likewise it indicated syncing is occurring. How can I get my data to match across devices? Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out, and I'd be happy to to dig into this a bit further with you. Which syncing method are you using?

    In the interest of full disclosure, 1Password 6 for Mac hasn't been updated in nearly 4 years, and we're relatively limited in our support options due to this. As 1Password is a security product, we'd strongly recommend keeping it up to date. Upgrading to 1Password 7 would require migrating to a 1Password membership, as we no longer sell standalone licenses for 1Password.
