Conflicted copy of 1Password.html
In the dropbox folder titled 1Password.agilekeychain, there are two html files:
1Password.html
1Passwords (iMac's conflicted copy 2012-07-13).html
How do I fix this problem? Thanks.

It's not a problem. The contents are either identical or the conflicted copy is out of date. Either way you can delete both of them. 1Password will recreate the HTML file when you launch it.

Thanks for your response. I'll go ahead and delete them both. Just one follow up question / suggestion: it would be great if 1password did not use up multiple items at the top level of the dorpbox folder. In particular, it would be great if the circled file (http://imgur.com/IXOPQkp.png) could go inside the folder.

It needs to be in the root so it can be located. As with all files that begin with a period, though, it is hidden in all UNIX-based OSes including OS X. It is also marked as a hidden file in Windows. The only place it is visible is via the Dropbox website and mobile apps since AFAIK it is impossible to hide a file there. We're certainly exploring other options for the future, but it will likely remain for some time to come for backward compatibility.
