Touch ID no longer works for browser extension in Brave Browser.

Problem - I can open the browser extension with my (-sigh- long) password. Once that times out I need to re-enter my (long!!!) password. I used to be able to just use the Touch ID.
I have gone into the Extension settings and disabled integration with the app, closed everything down restarted app then restarted browser and re-enabled integration. No joy - it still requires my full (long!!!!!!) password and no longer offers the picture of a fingerprint to allow me to use Touch ID.
HELP, please.

This definitely doesn't sound like the experience we want you to have. Since you've already done the initial steps I would have asked you to do, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac, as well as a console log from Brave:

Save a console log for 1Password in your browser
Attach the diagnostics and the console log to an email message addressed to
support+forum@1password.com
