Can 1Password for Safari window be resized? Or allow items to be opened in new window?
I find 1Password for Safari to be more useful than Quick Access, and so I use it whenever Safari is frontmost. However, I'm bothered by how small the window is that opens from Safari's toolbar. It does not allow me to see much information, and it cannot be resized. Furthermore, it does not allow me to open items in a new window, which could themselves then be resized. Yes, I know I can click the three dots to "Edit" or "Open in New Window" -- unfortunately there's no keyboard shortcut for these options -- but all they do is open 1Password (the app), when what I really want is a slightly larger floating window. (I could describe my use case, but the fact that Quick Access provides these functions suggests that you know why they are useful.) Any chance these improvements can be made to the browser extension?
The current split between 1Password for Safari and Quick Access demands that I decide, before summoning 1Password, what exactly I want to do with the item I'm searching for. This is precisely not the style of the launcher apps (like Alfred) that Quick Access is purportedly modeled after. Do I want to open or fill a login? Better use the browser extension. Do I want a floating window to allow easy access or editing of an item? Better use Quick Access. Furthermore, better reserve and remember a separate keyboard shortcut for each. It is more complicated than before. Does that make sense? Can this be improved?
(Sorry for the multitude of posts this evening. I will stop for now.)

I notice that in the 6 or so hours since writing this post, my 1Password for Safari extension has updated itself from version 2.3.1 to 2.3.3 ... which suggests that when I made the post, I was using an outdated version. Is there no way to force a check for updates to the browser extension? Before making my post, I opened the browser extension settings to check the version. Shouldn't that have prompted a check for an update? There is no button to force it either.
In any case, my request still stands -- nothing changed in regards to what I wrote above.

I believe the browser extension is a separate app that you download from the Mac App Store. As such, all updates are managed by the App Store. If you haven't used (or are unfamiliar with) the Mac App Store, there's probably an icon in your Dock for it, or if not, you can access it from the Apple Menu -> App Store. In the App Store, on the left hand side, you'll see an item for "Updates." Click on that, and you'll see apps that updated recently, you'll probably see the 1Password Safari extension in that list of updates. You can also use the "Updates" section to manually update apps.
