Spotlight integration

OK, so I just learned that the utility Alfred has 1Password integration: you can start typing and invoke 1P logins so as to avoid having to go at a website and type command-. And so does LaunchBar.

But what about Spotlight? Why couldn't 1Password integrate with Spotlight itself?

    Because the integration is not something that 1Password has control over. It is part of Alfred and LaunchBar. The Alfred and LaunchBar developers added it to their apps. Spotlight integration would need to be added by the Spotlight developer: Apple. :)

    You can submit a feature request, but I have a feeling it may not be the top priority for them.
