3 years agoUnable to Update - Error Message
Just updated to 1Password for Windows 8070095 - while updating, I received an error message that 1Password could not update to the latest version and would be rolled back. I clicked OK and the error message closed. I then opened 1Password and clicked the Check for Update link. It shows that I have version 8070095 and that I am up to date.

Extension Version: 2.3.5
OS Version: Windows 11

1P_Ben It will be a couple of days before I can send a diagnostics report. Unfortunately I am at the age of many doctor appointments. I had a couple of appointments yesterday and I have a couple more today. Will try to send a diagnostics report later today or tomorrow.

Thanks for reporting this. 8070095 is the latest version on the beta channel as of writing, so it does sound like you have the right version. That said, I think it would be worth while for us to take a look at the logs to see if they reveal anything about the message you saw. Please open 1Password > Preferences > Advanced > Send Diagnostics, and attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to
