I can't find 'preferences' anywhere so I can look for my security key to put 1Password into Firefox

I'm trying to find my security key to set up 1Password in Firefox, because Chrome seems to hate me today. The instructions are nice and clear EXCEPT I CAN'T SEE PREFERENCES ANYWHERE. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using one of our memberships? Memberships use a Secret Key, syncing through a 3rd party does not have a Secret Key. You mentioned Chrome and 1Password 6.7.1. This may help explain the situation.
