Issue w/Copy "button" that appears at end of URL field

If you slowly approach the URL field from the right from beyond the field's contents, the Copy field's copy button does not appear. It won't appear until you get to the link arrow.

It always appears when you approach from other directions. I'd like to suggest it appears as you approach from the right, and appears as soon as the mouse is over what would be the location of the copy button (for quick clicking).
