How do I keep 1Password 8 unlocked on my Mac once unlocked? Can I change the icon beside my name?

I'm used to 1Password 7 remaining unlocked once I first unlock it after a restart, etc. I downloaded version 8 last night and now each time I open it from the dock, I have to enter my password. Can I change this? And I'd like to be able to change that emoji-type image beside my name.

Thank you. I appreciate this. I did also discover I could adjust the length of time 1Password remains open before requesting the password. I put it at four hours, which will help. Again, thanks for the quick reply. (Before I just into changing that icon, does this apply only to the Support Community? I want to change the icon on the app.)

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I wrote my original reply the other way and then talked myself out of that. Looks like that was an oops. The instruction above are for the community only.
