Problems with new logins saved in Firefox
I have recently saved several new logins using the Firefox extension on my Windows PC. Those new logins are not showing up in the 1Password application. I can use the new logins within Firefox, but nowhere else. I use 1P on Mac, Windows, and iOS so I need to get this data integrated and synced everywhere.
How can I fix this?

A common cause is a proxy server or other "Internet security" programs blocking the secure connection between the sandboxed browser extension and the main 1Password program. Workarounds for both of these are outlined in the guide, and the latter has its own page linked in step seven:

If you're still having trouble, could you please send us your Diagnostics Report? Select Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File from the menu bar in 1Password.
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support@ agilebits .com

Updating 1Password then restarting the browser seems to have fixed it for now. If it happens again, I will look at those troubleshooting articles again. Thanks!
