Can't login to 1Password client for Windows 11

After installing the app, it asks me to add my 1Password account. In that dialog it asks for 'Sign-in Address', 'email address', 'Secret Key' and 'Master Password'.

I'm not sure what my sign-in address is so I used 'https://ibm.ent.1password.com/'. The other fields I'm pretty confident about being correct, but when clicking Sign In I get the error "Your sign-in address, email address, Secret Key, or Master Password is incorrect" (which obviously doesn't narrow down to what the problem is).

Should I be using something else for my 'Sign-in address'?

Thanks,
Ken

    Hey @KenWakefield !

The sign-in address should be the address where you reach your account. It could be https://my.1password.com, https://my.1password.eu or https://my.1password.ca. Try to open one of these addresses in the browser and try to log in. If it works, you have the correct sign-in address.

The sign-in address should also be noted in your Emergency Kit.

Hi DenalB, thanks for your response. My Emergency Kit does show the same Sign-in address that I'm trying to use to no avail [sign in address removed by 1Password staff].

The email address is correct, secret key is correct and the password should be fine. Somehow the 'Add Account' dialog just doesn't accept the info for some unknown reason.

Seems like it is a business or a team account? 🤔

Maybe you should write an e-mail to support@1password.com to get help here. But be patient. You will get an answer.

Thanks everyone, I was contacted by 1Password Support and they suggested resetting the app and that resolved my issue. Best regards, Ken.
