Securing files in the future?

This is more of a feature-request, because I really trust 1password and I tried several apps to securely sync files between devices and keep them protected with a password. None of them were as satisfying as 1password is with password, so I would love to see agilebits adding such features in the future.
Or is it against the idea or moral of 1password?

1Password isn't designed for secure file sharing per se, but you can attach files to any item in 1Password.
