Double entry on the contextual menu in Chrome

When I right click a form element or anywhere on a webpage, I am getting double '1Password' contextual entry. I have attached a screenshot.
Any ideas guys?

Do you have two copies of the 1Password extension installed? In Chrome it is possible to have installed the version directly from us and then later install the version on the Chrome Web Store.

You were right sir. I don't know how it happened, but I didn't think of it either. Removed one of the duplicate extensions and all is well now.
