QR code detection failed - 1Password for Mac

Interesting! Happy to share that my last experience of the problem was at Atlassian. The QR code is pretty straight black-on-white:

Does the problematic QR code have a bright background or is it dimmed? There have been a few sites that pose problems. Is the site one you can share?

Thanks very much! I tested a bit more. Most of the time it works fine, even when the QR code is hidden by the 1P window. But on occasion, when the QR code is not visible to me, I get the error seen here:
