Azure DevOps Pipeline extension/task

I'm curious to hear if the creation of an Azure DevOps Pipeline extension/task is on the roadmap or not. I'm aware of the Load secrets from 1Password GitHub Action so do know that 1Password does support these types of plugins/extensions.

In the meantime, is there any guidance available for connecting to 1Password Connect via an Azure DevOps Pipeline yaml file?
