Please restore the ability to see previously used passwords in the desktop app for Mac.

It seems to still be available on the ios app, but I couldn't find it in the desktop one.

I needed it when a password reset didn't take and I had to resubmit the request. The desktop app had only the new one, but I needed the previous one.

    Hello @rporegan! 👋

To see a previous password for an item in the 1Password for Mac app you can do the following:

    1. Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
    2. Click on the item that you wish to view.
    3. Hover over the password field.
    4. Click on the down arrow on the right of the password field.
    5. Click View Password History.

You will only see the View Password History option if there are previous passwords.

If you have a 1Password account then you can also restore previous versions of your items on 1Password.com: View and restore previous versions of items

    I hope that helps. 😊

    It does. Thank you.

I'm used to seeing it as a separate item. Frankly, I preferred the old way. But it's good to know It's findable, which is the main thing.

I'm happy that I was able to answer your question. I've also passed along your feedback regarding the new location of password history to our product team. 😊
