Thanks for your feedback, ken008. The Developer Preview is still under NDA at this time, but we are testing it ourselves as well. :)

Since it is still under NDA, has only been available for a few days to developers, and hasn't been released to the public yet, we appreciate your patience.

Thanks for your feedback! This is a known issue. We're working to address some issues in the as-yet-unreleased version of OS X.
