Behaviour change from 7 to 8: Start of 1Password not asking for password automatically

When I used to start my Mac with 1PW 7 it used to ask me to login and used to login to 1PW 7 with touch. But now with 1PW 8 I have to click on the menu bar icon after starting Mac. Then login screen comes and I have to login.

Please help.
