  • Hello @keitht1958, thanks for letting us know about this issue. Could you share an additional details about this magnification? 1Password for Android shouldn't magnify any apps or provide an option to do so in WhatsApp. Thanks again!

    not done video yet

  • Hi @keitht1958, thanks for sharing the photo. I've just removed it from the post in case it contained any personal details.

It looks like the 1Password entry you see there is an accessibility shortcut for Accessibility filling in 1Password 7 for Android. If you've upgraded to 1Password 8 for Android and confirmed you can sign in, uninstalling 1Password 7 will remove this shortcut. If you can't upgrade to 1Password 8 or still have 1Password 7 installed, you can turn this shortcut off:
    1. Open the settings app on your device.
    2. Tap Accessibility.
    3. Tap Installed apps
    4. Tap 1Password.
    5. Turn 1Password shortcut off.
    6. If you're using 1Password 8, turn 1Password off as well in this accessibility menu.

Let me know if that works for you!

Been onto WhatsApp they suggested turn off wait 30 secs restart done that but same boxcame up without starting any apps

  • Hello @keitht1958, apologies for not clarifying that would be Accessibility settings in your device's system settings, not settings in 1Password. Do you see those options in your system settings?
