Several new external connections requested by 1psw 7 Mac app, not listed in Internet Access Policy

My long used 1psw app on Mac has started requesting access to sites not listed in the Internet Access Policy, acc to Little Snitch. I don't recall seeing these before. These do not appear to be agile bits sites: telemetry.transcend.io, sync.transcend.io, insight.adsrvr.org, us.app.unleash-hosted.com. The sudden appearance of these connection requests alarmed me. Are these legitimate ? Why would these not be listed in the Internet Access Policy if they are legitimate?
