in Secrets Automation

Im trying to initiate 1pass connect server by following the guide below -

https://developer.1password.com/docs/connect/get-started#step-1-set-up-a-secrets-automation-workflow

I set up the server on ec2 instance and when I'm trying to connect to it I'm getting this error:

{"status":500,"message":"failed to initiate, review service logs for details"}

How can i troubleshoot this? Thanks,
