1Password 8 crashes on startup (Monterrey 12.5.1)

Downloaded and installed 1P8, and I'm getting immediate crashing on startup.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing. Removed Safari extension as well.
I am getting a crash report so I can create on and send it if that helps.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Monterrey 12.5.1
Browser:_ Safari
