"Safari Extension" crashing regularly on a Catalina Mac

One of my Mac is running Catalina. On this Mac, I see more or less frequent crash logs for "Safari Extension", all of which mention the 1Password for Safari extension. Not sure what triggers the crash though…
I can follow-up by email to send you the crash logs if you want.
