getting ffmpeg file errors with the latest (non-Beta) release for Windows. Looking for ideas

    Thanks for writing and sorry to hear of the troubles you've encountering with this install and the ffmpeg file errors.

    I'd like to ask you to run the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) and System File Checker (SFC) tools to see if they find and fix any issues:
    1. In the Windows search bar, type cmd and then hit Ctrl + Shift + Enter to open command prompt as administrator.
    2. Type dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and hit Enter.
    3. When that has completed, type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.

    Once both these tools have finished running, restart your computer, and try to install the latest version of 1Password for Windows from here:
