Customer service?!
Can't access any data, 15 years of my entire life's logins, including crypto wallet info. Sent support requests everyday for 4 or 5 days with no response. Online help either doesn't work or has made things worse. After 15+ years I expected better. Very annoyed...

I can see that we've received your message and have replied. Each new email you send us puts you at the back of the queue, because we work from oldest to newest, so I'll ask a colleague to follow up with you as soon as they can.
