Auto-fill works only from extension button, not on-screen. Makes me re-enter 1P password ea. attempt
Auto-fill works only from small extension button in upper left portion of screen, but not from the on-screen pop up option. Makes me re-enter 1P password each time I attempt to use on-screen autofill option.
1Password Version: 7.9.6
Extension Version: 2.4.6

Hi @GregK,
I'm sorry for the trouble you are having. Are you experiencing this on a specific website or is 1Password problematic on all sites?
In addition, can you let me know if the behaviour is the same if you try the steps below:
- Right click the little 1Password icon on the top menu bar of your Mac (where the clock is) and select "Quit".
- Quit your browser by right clicking its icon in the Dock and selecting "Quit".
- Open and unlock 1Password.
- Open your browser and test if it is working properly.
Let me know how you get on.

Hello, It is a persistent issue with all websites. I tried quitting 1P as well as Chrome browser. I'm including a short screencast link.
Thanks,

Thanks for getting back to me @GregK,
It seems you may be running into a slight issue we have been seeing with the latest Beta version of 1Password in the browser. Can you try these steps for a fresh install to see if it get's things back on track:
- Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose 'Remove from Chrome'
- Install a fresh copy from here.
Let me know how you get on.
