Upgrade 2 accounts (v6 and 7) to Family acct

I submitted a support reward was assigned the above #. The response I received was not relevant so I’m posting here. I have version 6 and my wife has version 7. We’d like to merge both individual vaults to a family account. Can you help us do that?
