Chrome Extension is blank - Chrome v28.0.1500.72 (Official Build 211400) m
My 1Passsword extension is blank (see screenshot below).

I am on the stable channel of Chrome (see below). This keeps happening to me periodically.
Questions:
- How do I resolve this right now?
- Any way I can I prevent this from occurring in the future?

That screenshot looks like OS X, but your paths are all from Windows.
- Are you using OS X or Windows?
What version of the 1Password extension?

Sorry, I'm on Windows 8 (I just took the screenshot from a previous post on the subject since my situation looks about the same).
I'm on 1Password extension 3.9.19.90, and 1Password app 1.0.9.322.
The extension has worked, and then not worked, and then worked again, and now is not working.

By the way, the Firefox extension works fine on my machine.

I removed the extension, updated the 1Password app, and then re-installed the extension, and at this point it is working.

I'm glad it is working well now. But if you have any more trouble, please immediately generate a Diagnostics Report and email it to us so we can help.
Select Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File from the menu bar in 1Password. Then attach the report to an email to us: support@ agilebits .com
